you could knock me down with a feather.  We all call them game reserves.  In
my thirty something years on earth I have never heard the term "game
preserve"
before.  No south African reserves have used that term on their site or in
their meta names, so I will end up
ahead of the pack.
Most replies said game preserve.   Even my environmental science sister has
never heard that term.

As someone said - English is an exciting (or strange) language.
You can never assume.
