A Forms Question

Hello all,

I am hoping someone can help me, I am designing a web site for a friend and
he wants to use a couple of forms to gather info, I am pretty new to forms
and I was wondering if there is a way for the customer to fill out the form
and then when the click on the submit button to have a copy of the form sent
to a email address.

Everything I have read on forms says you need to have a cgi script to
process the form, I am trying to avoid this, My friend just wants a copy
email to his email address.

If someone could please let me know if this is possible, I would greatly
appreciate it, also if there is a tutorial somewhere on the web about this
subject, I would greatly appreciate the link
