Inline Graphic in Form

Hi,

What I am trying to achieve is is to have user submit image file
in the form field.  

Does anybody knows if  "mailback.pl" and "Formmail.pl"
support inline graphic through form submission.

If so, do if have to change "enctype=text/plain" to something else.

I have been searching and experimenting (with limited access)
but could not find the right resources on this.

Any help is appreciated.
