Hi Tracey,

How you find it depends on what you are using.  Some of your web editing
packages (i.e., FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc.) have their own FTP program.
Netscape use to (haven't used it in a long time) have the ability to upload
files.  Or you can purchase an FTP program such as CuteFTP.
