Network Solutions

Perhaps someone who has had some experience with following Network
Solution's rules could help out with this one.

Here is the message I keep getting sent back to me in my effort to process
my change:
"Thank you for responding to our Notify Template. Because you
omitted information from line 1a, we cannot act on your instructions."

Here is what I sent on my last attempt to do it correctly:

"Acknowledgment
> > > > 1a. .Y.:
> > > > 1b. Comments........:"

I have also tried typing in the whole word Yes, and even (Y)es.  It keeps
coming back with the same message.  I have read the instructions over and
over, and can't seem to find where I'm going wrong.
