opening email forms POSTDATA.ATT files

I have created a form that sends the input data to me via email. It sends
the data in a POSTDATA.ATT filetype but Outlook Express won't open the file.
How do I set up the My Computer/View/FolderOptions/FileType settings to open
the file?
I have set the action to "open" but cannot figure out what to put in the
"Content Type [MIME]" field or the "Application to perform action" field.
Any guesses? Thanx in advance
