web site development contract

Sorry if this is off topic but I need to put together a contract for web
development services in a hurry.  Does anyone have one I could use, or
suggestions of where I could get one?  I am not ready to work with a lawyer
just yet, but I may have my first client.

BTW, I have a partnership in PA.
