Site doesn't work in Netscape

Hi everyone !

This site doesn=B4t doesn't work in Netscape 4.03:
http://home.swipnet.se/thor/kidney-vetch-orange.htm

In Netscape 6 and Explorer 5.5 it looks fine.

I'm using this style sheet:
http://home.swipnet.se/thor/sidor.css

It seems Netscape 4.03 can't use the style sheet.
Is this true?
Does Netscape 4.03 support style sheets?

And, at the bottom of my my site:
Why does this tag work in Explorer and not in Netscape 6?
