Yes, it does. Your <HEAD> would look like this:
<HEAD>
<TITLE>Title</TITLE>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
</HEAD>
You should, of course, add the standard "Keywords", "Description",
etc. META commands up there as well beside all your JS scripts and CSS
style commands.
No wonder our <HEAD> are bigger than our <BODY> these days! ;-)
