Hi all.

Someone was asking after changing the program association for ASP files.
Here is one way of doing that.

It does require editing the registry of the computer you're working from so
remember to make a back up of your registry before you attempt it.

Run Regedit and navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.asp

Delete the .asp key

Go to Explorer's View|Folder Options...|File Types tab, hit new type, and
make a new set of actions for ASP, eg "Edit with Homesite", "Open with
Homesite".

The usual ASP icon (hit "Change Icon..." then "Browse") is in
windows\system\shell32.dll

These associations will be lost if and when you reinstall FrontPage and/or
PhotoShop. But at least now you know how to fix it!
