The Marquee function is not supported by Netscape. You will need to either:
Use a JavaScript
An Animated GIF
Shorten the marquee message so that it can be read without scrolling in
Netscape. Netscape will show the message, it just won't scroll.
Or as a couple of my clients insisted on doing--place a link on the page and
suggest Netscape viewers download IE-5.
(You realize of course, that I'm not necessarily advocated that last one --
Silly Grin ??)
