I'm Stumped

Hello Everyone...

Usually, I can figure these problems out on my own.  But this one seems to
have me stumped...it's probably just a simple error, that I continue to
overlook.

I have tried to create a newsletter page here, with three columns...two
content columns one left and one right, with a 'spacer' column in between.
I have the table set at 600, each content column set for 290, and the
center spacer column set for 20.

This displays well and as intended in IE...but, in Netscape, the columns
are 'way' out of balance, looking like 1/3 and 2/3 with a spacer.

Can anyone help me out on this one?   I truly am stumped...the page
validates with Bobby and W3C.
