popup windows

Hello, all!

I have what probably is a simple question, but can't figure out right now.

If I have a page that automatically loads a pop-up window, how do I
reference a link in the pop up window so that its target is the main page,
and does not open a new window when clicked on?

Does it work the same as targeting between frames? If I include a target in
the link in the pop-up window, then, how do I name the main page?
