File converted to html format

Hello,

My name is Cara Fealy Choate and I am a List Owner for the HTML
Writers Guild's lists.  I am writing to you today because messages you are
posting to hwg-basics are bouncing.  In this particular instance, the
problem lies in that you are sending a message that has, for a subject line,
words that are in all caps.

The HWG lists are configured to bounce any messages that have been sent
with this type of style to comply with our netiquette guidelines.

If you resend your message using mixed case or all lower case, you should
seeing your messages appearing on the lists.
