HTML e-mail via Yahoo

Sorry for this slightly off topic question. I tried every link on Yahoo that
I thought relevant but did not find an answer.

I have one member in our local R/C flying club that says he can not receive
pictures in our e-mail newsletter. It is sent out as "RTF" or HTML e-mail,
using Outlook Express. He claims he has tried this with the e-mail portion
of both Netscape 3.0 and 4.5. His e-mail service is through Yahoo

Every other member of the club replied that they received our test just fine
with images imbedded in the body of the e-mail as we intended. Among them,
they have both PC and Mac and several different e-mail providers.

Any thought on where the problem lies. Is it Netscape or Yahoo that does not
support HTML E-mail??
