Excel Application on Website

Hi:

I have a friend who has developed an excel application.  He would like to
have a website where clients can go to it and for a fee use his application
to massage and/or get their data.  Presently he does not  have his own
server.  What would be the best way for him to go about this.  If he uses an
ISP I would assume that it be one that has an NT server.  Thanks for any
help and ideas you can provide.
