Come on you guys.....I have not been following this thread very closely
except for maybe one or two posts ...and I dont know the rights and wrongs
of the argument but what I DO KNOW is that I have just been involved with an
extremely good list that I had been a member of for some years which was
extremely popular where the list owner PULLED the list and CLOSED it down
when two members got involved in a tussle where threats of legal action were
made. If anyone wants to take legal action against another party then that
is their right BUT PLEASE do it by lawyer/telephone and FAX ...dont involve
the rest of us (and possibly spoil a GREAT list ) by doing it here.

We all from time to time get a little "hot under the collar" at another
party on one of these lists which if we saw the person face to face we would
sort out in general conversation. But so that the rest of us can discuss
what we discuss here ...take it off list....Please....

Sorry for that rant but the other list I was involved with was a damn  good
list .....and is no more....
