Just to get the picture I imagine you want each letter rotated appropriately
aswell. If so all I can think of is to use a gif and bring the file size
down as low as you can get it. I saw a neat menu system using gifs on
http://www.nationalbank.co.nz here they combined gifs with the <map> tag to
create useable drop down sub menu's.
