hosting

I realize that this has been asked before, but I lost all my links
when my computer went down.  I did a page for a man that needs
hosting.  His site is very small with no special scripts at all. He 
doesn't need email, etc.  Any reasonable price suggestions?

it is a business site, sort of.  Advertises his ranch but then 
some lease hunting is mentioned so I think it would qualify
technically as business.
