I only have FP-98 but I think this function is the same --
or very close--in FP-2000.

In FrontPage Normal View, insert your image where you want it.
Then right-click the image with your mouse and choose Image Properties.

A pop up screen will appear. It will have three tabs at the top marked
General, Video and Appearance.

Click on the Appearance tab. The top section is called Layout and you will
see a drop down menu for Alignment.

If for example, your image is at the left and you want the text to flow
around the right side, you would choose "left". The other choices work in a
similar manner.

Note: to eliminate those blue borders if you make your image click-able as a
link, enter a zero in Border Thickness.
