EGADS!! you got that right on the button.

Not only can you slouch back and make money while your customer does all the
work (what kind of business is that?) but you can DOUBLE or even TRIPLE your
income cleaning up the mess afterwards.
Personally I would stick to the tried and true, namely our customers have
charged us with the responsibility of creating/updating their websites to
perform the desired functions for them, so that THEY DON'T HAVE TO learn:-
 HTML
Perl
mysql
ssi
cold fusion
Browser compatibility techniques
Graceful degradation techniques
I won't wast any more bandwidth as this list is endless and under constant
flux.
