 Hi Robert

Yes they do exist. These are programs that cut up images and often write the
html necessary to put the back into a table. Dicer, from Shoestring (haven't
got their URL available atm but a search should find them) is one of these
but I don't know if it is available for the Mac. However, some of the better
graphics programs also have this facility.

One such, that is available for the Mac, is Fireworks from Macromedia. I
would personally recommend this one as it can also create all the JavaScript
necessary for image effects as well as the html table code. You can get a
trial version from http://www.macromedia.com .
