The example below makes a five pixel border around your image. Be advised
however, that should you "link" the image, the border will take on the
properties assigned to links in any CSS file involved.

I'm not sure you can use a color attribute. I just tried a couple of
different methods but it remained black. FrontPage does not offer a color
change either--just the size of the border. You may be able to do something
with CSS.
