I would caution you to very carefully test the menus in
Netscape... after v4.5 they changed how they treat layers.
At least 2 of the menu navigation scripts use the older
Navigator layer DOM... in newer Netscape (4.6+) they will
not work. Support is spotty.

Been there. Living the nightmare.
