Everything I have read says that this (launching a web site to the top of
the search engine results, making it the top listed hit, etc.) can't be
guaranteed, especially since each search engine has its own requirements,
rules, and time frames.  However, I am pretty new to the "web thang," and
I'd be really interested in hearing the more experienced people's opinions
of this software and its claims.

I would agree with Alice -- I'm skeptical. Anybody else?
