Earlier I wrote an email talking about websafe colors and why they don't
work well.  I found an article that talks about it in depth.  Most of the
way through the article they did a lot of testing and got down to 22 colors.
That's right, there are only 22 websafe colors when you take browsers and
platforms and video modes into account.
