onBlur and onFocus

Hello list,

First, thank you to everyone for all I have learned from this list. Maybe
someday I can return the favor :)

Second, could someone point me to a page that would explain the onBlur and
onFocus (or other form event handlers)?  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
