I have been trying to find out more about websafe colours. I am new to HTML
and had not come across the concept until I saw a thread in this discussion
list. Can someone tell me more or suggest a link that is informative?

Another thing I have been struggling with is to change the colour of text in
a table. I tried using CSS as follows:
TABLE { background-color: #0000FF; COLOR: #ffffff }
This works in IE but not in NN4.5
Any ideas welcome.
