What I did for my web-site (admittedly about halfway through it) was design
a template that specifies font, colors, background, and so on. When I want
to add a new page, I open the template.html file and immediately save it
under a new name. It works fairly well, but my site is done purely for fun.
Business sites need to be a lot more specific, I'd agree.
