Hate to say this and possibly add to your headache Cindy, but the W3C spec
for HTML 4.0 ( http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40 ) lists both <CENTER> and
the ALIGN attribute for DIV as being deprecated, and part of HTML 4.0
Transitional, not Strict.
