Search engine question

Does anyone want to take a look and see if something pops out as a search
killer?
I submitted my client's site to several search engines about a month ago.
I have coded many additional keywords, identical to other, similar sites,
but my client's site does not show up when the others do.
Am I exceeding the number of keywords allowed?  Even so, the site should
still show up somewhere, shouldn't it?  (It shows up in altavista, but only
if I type the name).
