Hello JB,

Surely there must be a misunderstanding. Jim H asked if it were possible to
use an image as the *background* of a TEXTAREA. You instructed how to have a
graphical INPUT "submit" button.

HTML does not allow for styling of FORM elements, but CSS does (in the most
recent browser versions.)
