CSS problem

Hello......

I've just completed my first page using CSS (after much wringing of hands
and gnashing of teeth). It works just fine in IE6, but looks miserable in NN
4.7. Could someone who knows more about CSS than I do please take a look at
it and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I would be ever so grateful. (Oh, the
links to other pages in the site are not yet hooked up, except for the home
page, which utilizes my original background and will be changed as soon as I
get this page under control.)
