I am the one who started this thread.
For all those who have been following this thread -
THERE IS DEFINITELY A BUG in IE browser and nothing
wrong with my coding . (I am not a newbie)
For those lucky people out there who gets "alt" text
displayed even with the "Option" uncheck ; I am jealous.
I get nothing even with the "Option" CHECKED .
I will put this down as a bad BuG without the "U" - Bill Gates.
