META tag descriptions and keywords

Hi!

Are there limits for the number of words you can have in a meta tag
description?

Is is okay to put redundant phrases in meta tag keywords, like this:

<META name="keywords" content="music, theatre music, rock music, fast music,
slow music, half-fast music, loud music">

I couldn't really find any good answers to these questions in the archives.
