Dear List,
On the one hand I am surprised by the volume of response generated by my
recent email to the list on the relevance of validation, but on the other,
I am very pleased by the quality of feedback received from different points
of view expressed on the subject. I hope it has been to the benefit of all
members to hear the very different points of views expressed, and I am sure
those that have read them, will form their own opinions.
I personally feel that "validation" routines are a subject close to all our
hearts and worthy of discussion, but please feel free to comment if you feel
this may be off-topic.
