Be sure you are using the "mail" link in the dialog box.

When you click on the link icon, you should also click on the "mail icon" in
the dialog box. Don't just change the "http:// " part.

If that does not do it, you can always use the Insert HTML feature of FP to
place your e-mail link within a "Bot" and FP will leave it strictly alone.
