strange problem needs helpby "ChristineR" <chrisco(at)powerh.net> |

Back when I was working on fixing up my site, I put one of the pages up ahead of time and used an "in construction" note and asked people to send me an email if they wanted me to notify them when the merchandising page was finished. Some did that and I finished the page. To make sure my visitors would get the current page and not the one asking them to notify them when they should come back to the site, I put up this code: <html> <head> <title>Barry Manilow Crafts by Chris</title> <META http-equiv="pragma" content="NO-CACHE"> <META http-equiv="expires" content="NOW"> </head> But, every now and then, though I get quite a few visitors, I get people asking me to let them know when the site will have products on it!! Just got another one today and I MUST track down the reason for this as I am going to be updating the site this week. Can some of you please take a look at the page in question and the above code and tell me what I am doing wrong? It will be interesting to see how many of you are getting the page that has merchandise on it, and how many get a notice to inform them of updates. It's a total mystery to me and certainly not good for business. Thanks to any volunteers and you can either answer here, or Email me at my new alternate Email address at chriscobiz(at)home.com Christine
