CGI Programming 101 by Jacqueline D. Hamilton. (ISBN: 0-9669426-0-4). The
book has only been out in print for about three months, so all stores may
not have it yet. Amazon was the first to carry it (that's where I got my
copy). It shows you how to use CGI with Perl in a UNIX environment running
Apache webservers (probably the most prolific combination out there). She
also has a website:

http://www.CGI101.com

where the first six chapters of the book are online for free. Her website
also contains free scripts and other useful information.
