I'm baffled...why not just link to the secure site using her secure URL?
Images would not be a problem, because the destination page handles them.
Going the other way, why should a link *to* Diana's site affect the
originating site's encryption at all? In either direction, it shoulds like
a misplaced concern....

Sounds to me that the above is saying if you want her to add a link back
to your site, then she is requesting that your site be on a secure
server.
