email address's from forms

Hello,

I have a form on a page and just recently I have had
some submissions with an incorrect e-mail address
I have a script that validates and ensures that all
fields are completed but anyone can still put
wwwww(at)wwww.com
Is there a way to get the e-mail address for the person
that submits a form.the same,way a plain e-mail 
would show the senders address.
