Nancy you use a meta tag in the head of your document.  Example:
 <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh"
   CONTENT="20; URL=http://www.your new URL/">

The content is the number of seconds before it is automatically moved.  I
also you put in another link they can click on just incase it doesn't
redirect.
