Proper FLASH is indeed pricey and it can be difficult to master.  But there
is SWISH (www.swishzone.com) and now CoffeeCup (www.coffeecup.com) have
something like it .  Both are a fraction of the price of Flash and are ideal
for basic "Flash" sites
