Scanning print, or is it already digitalized? First issue is making sure
the data from the paper is in a form that can be stored...:).
After that, I think you are talking database work, Rachael. A database is
defined as an oganized collection of information...it seems that this is
pretty much describing your project, as well. I work with Perl, PHP, and
MySQL, and find it to be an effective solution...and very cost-effective.
I am not sure what your space requirents would be. I bet you could do a
rough guestimate yourself, though, by roughing out how big the pages would
be to display one edition?
