Can anyone tell me how to get the register trademark "r" with a circle
around it next to text in either Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro 6 (beta)?

It is an absolute must that the registered mark be there and I can't figure
out how to get it there.  I know there is probably some keyboard combo but
can't seem to remember what it is.  THANKS
