Email Aliasing

I am looking for a way to alias email differently.  We need to have email
sent to a third party mailbox and have it delivered to two or three email
accounts.  This would allow more than one person the ability to reply to
email.  I looked on the Internet and found only two companies that do this.
One was very expensive and the other was overseas with a slow server.
