FrontPage 2000 Help

Hello All,

Could somebody please explain to me how to put "Alt" text onto an image link
in FrontPage 2000.

I've tried several things and none of then seem to work. What identified the
problem to me was the "Alt" text you are requested to use for the HTML
Writers Guild logo. When I paste it into the page and upload it all I see is
the text and not the logo.
