Off topic? Proposals

Hi all,

Up till now any proposals I have made have been verbally or at most typed up
on one piece of paper.  Well I am now in a situation where the competition
has used a "three ring binder notebook" to give the potential client a
proposal.  I have not a clue as to what to write that would take a notebook
to hold it together.  Would someone be willing to send me off list a
sample(s) of a professional proposal?  If you want you can send the three
ring binder notebook too.<smiles>  This request is not so much for this
particular project but for knowledge on how to do something the right way.
