I think you don't need to "comment out" any comments. In HTML, text notes
would be rendered on the page, if not commented out. In CSS, nothing is
rendered. Non-style text would ahve no effect that I can see. I tried it and
it didnt seem to affect anything. Someone will let us know if Im wrong :-)

In HTML documents the "<!--" and "-->" tags can be used to insert comments.
Is it possible to insert a comment in a style sheet? If so, which tag is to
be used?
