Pre loading Images

Hi

My name is David and I am new to the list I know some html to get an Ideal
of how much I know you may visit my sites

all that I have learned is self taught I look forward to learning a lot

My first question is can someone explain in detail how to pre load Images.
this is for use with pages like this one.

pture/page97.html and If it can be done I would like to know if I can create
a page and just add different  products around the page.
